How do I know if there are tasks available?

When a new project becomes available, you will receive a notification in your email account, unless you have turned off email notifications. You are able to view all available tasks on your dashboard.

When will I receive translation tasks?

When you passed your qualification task, you first have to fill in your details on our platform. Next, we will evaluate your profile and after a positive review, you will be able to start translating paid projects as soon as they become available.

Why do I not receive any tasks?

There may be several reasons for this. Firstly, we do not have projects for all language pairs all the time. Secondly, it may be that some information is missing in your account. Please make sure you have finished your qualification and entered all details in your account (mother tongue, experiences, CV). You can always contact support to inquire about our current projects.

I received an email about available tasks, but when I logged in, no tasks were available.

Notifications about new tasks are not sent to one translator exclusively. It may be that another translator responded sooner, especially when we do not have a large number of tasks available.
